All You Need To Know
Ceremony
Please arrive at 5:00pm, the ceremony will take place at 5:30pm outdoors on the top of the hill behind the barn, accompanied by the people who mean the most to us.
The Details
Cocktail Hour
After the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour with Hollowbrook's wood fired pizza, refreshments and lawn games all while overlooking the stunning views of the pond, gardens and rolling hills.
Reception
The reception will kick off at 7:30pm, where there will be a beautiful charcuterie grazing table, desserts, our awesome DJ to entertain you, and fully stocked cash bar.

Will the accommodation be provided?
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Super 8 Peterborough for our out-of-town guests! To reserve your room, please simply mention our names - Madison and Dawson - when booking. Rooms are first come first serve basis, so be sure to book early to secure your spot! For more details to make a reservation, please call the hotel directly. Please keep in mind that it is first come first serve!
Will cabs be available?
Due to location we ask to please plan ahead, as this venue is out of range for cab services.
Can I bring my children?
Although we adore your little ones, we would like parents to relax, enjoy the evening, dance into the night & leave the children at home to sleep tight
Parking?
There will be lots of on site parking for our guests. We ask to please follow the driveway past the barn to the open grass area. Please be mindful of other guests while parking.
What is the dress code?
We are asking ALL guests to wear BLACK attire only! Men are welcome to wear denim jeans, but please refrain from wearing any other colours.
